Faithfulness in Ministry

This clip is very encouraging for me as a pastor.  Our culture, let alone the church growth gurus, tells us that bigger is always better.  We are challenged to measure our success by numbers, from every conceivable angle.  Dever makes all of this nonsense fade into the background as we focus on the gospel and Scripture.  I want to be found faithful in ministry.
